    I am 5' 4"

    By Sep of 2011 I had lost down to 143 but then gained and lost the same 10 lbs for 8 months ..... Never able to get any lower. I was looking for a calorie counting app and came across My Fittness Pal. When I calculated my calorie intake I finally understood why I was having a hard time losing weight even though I excercise quite a bit.

    My husband I and started this journey together in Feb 2011..... He was 277 lbs and I was 178. Changed our diet to fresh foods and dropped fast food and things that come in a box. We also started excercising. He is now at 190 (6'1")..... That is an 87 lb loss. His weight just sort of melted off and my was consistent till it stopped in Aug 2011. Started My Fitness Pal 15 days ago (6/5/12) and have lost 4 lbs.......so as of today am at a 33 lb total loss. It can be done but it takes time and commitment.

    I am 5 4 " I started trying to eat better and got off the soda. I started April 24th of this year.

    well im 5'5 but i started at 200lbs as well.. so we're close.. im down to 176.. taking it slowly has been the best for me though.. gradually you'll see results and people will start to notice it as well :)

    Hi ladies! I am exactly 5'4" and started at roughly 240 lbs. and now I'm at 186...(or so) - I keep fluctuating between 192 and 186..my goal is 140-ish...

    GW 140, or maybe 130 after i hit 140 goal.

    I love this am not at my goal but am working towards I have a long way to go I see a couple that were higher the 250 that are doing great so that's a motivation

  • I'm 5'4 and I'm over 200lbs...
    My goal weight is 150...

    I started Zumba about 4/5 weeks ago... It's a huge help and it's fun!!! Not sure how much I lost since I didn't weigh myself before I started taking the class. Still looking to do something else, like weight training.

    I am in the same 5'4 ; 200 (215) lb boat. I started working out at curves during lunch and elliptical after work. So far the scale hasn't moved much, but I haven't been good on my food portions either. I am trying to eat healthier and more often. Hopefully that transition will make my calorie cutting easier.

    I'm 5'3" and starting weight 190 lb. My current goal is to get to 161 lbs, although if I manage to hit that, I'd like to keep going and lose a bit more.

    My motivation/will power is terrible so taking it a day at a time.

    I've lasted 3 days so far lol but have kept within my target calories.

    I was doing the atkins diet but i got bored with it and decided to try and count calories. . . this is week two and my weight really has not moved, but thats my own fault for letting it all go this weekend for fathers day with my dad. Im back on track and hoping to lose some more weight. I hope calorie counting and exercise will work for me much like atkins did without the boredom =-D Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

    I'm 5'4'' my starting weight was 175lbs, I am currently 113lbs. I have been below 120lbs since October so I am counting that as successfully keeping the weight off. I started my journey April 2011. Love the new me!

    Hi, Im 5'4'' my starting weight was 223.8 in Decemer 2011. I am currently 190.2lbs. I'm on an all natural weightloss accelerator program. It teaches you how to have new relationship with food and resets your metabolism. I've successfully maintained a weight loss of at least 30 pounds since completing the program. My immediate goal is 175 by July 7th... My ultimate goal is weight is 160-165. (at 45 yrs old, not sure how i'll look at 160lbs, but we'll see :smile: )

    i am 5.5
    i was at my heaviest at 206 in college and have lost and gained going down to 170 and back to 190 over the years
    in 2008-9 i got to 154
    went back to 185 and last summer was 159
    here i am at 166 trying to remember how i did it again. funny how i forgot?!
    this time i wanna do it and stay there, no diet pills or starvation
    i am now 30 wear between an 8 and 10
    i have recent bikini shots i would be happy to share to give you an idea of what it looks like of what happens with 10 years of yo-yoing and the most recent results of diet and exercise

    though my advice is to stick at it and log everything you eat - i gave myself a lot of cheat days this year (if you don't log them, the calories don't count, right?!) and needless to say, the pounds have crept back on. am back on it though with the eating better and doing exercise.
