The only worthy read on 'plateauing'....
Let's be honest with ourselves. There is no such thing as a 'weight loss plateau'. When one doesn't lose weight, it is because they are not eating at a calorie deficit. The 'plateau' is just the word/make-believe term which many people use when they refuse to accept or believe that they are simply eating too much.
There is no magic wall holding up your weight loss. It is simply the amount you are consuming.-1
