    Forgot to ask for the sugar free mocha in my iced coffee at Starbucks >.<; didn't realize until after i was done drinking it. Lucky i walked 20mins to get it so hopefully it balances

    So far nothing- BUT it is FRIDAY and thats the family thing we do.. just need to control how MUCH i eat.. which is usually a problem :(

    Me too! I only had two pieces, but it doesn't help after I had 2 pieces of pizza! Damn Fridays and going out to lunch! Going for a nice long walk later!!

    4 freaking tbsp's.
    It was really delicious though...

    On a normal day I eat 3-4 tbsp of Peanut Butter. Smuckers Natural is a staple of my diet and he easiest way to stay on top of calorie/fat requirements when everything else you eat is super-lean and has no fat.

    Well, I was severely bad today, I think. I went to this new restaurant and got something called "Drunken Noodles". Really, it was the only thing on the menu that wasn't deep fried that I could still pronouce. Then I came home and ate like six chicken tenders right out of the fridge simply because they were cold and I was pretty freaking hot lol
