    Couple weeks ago I had Subway - does that count? (Black forest ham on wheat, with pepper-jack and tons'a veggies - :drinker: ). Honestly can't remember the last burger joint stop, and don't really wanna.

    We do hit sit-down restaurants from time to time, esp. Mexican,,, but rarely do fast food.

    I've never had a routine of stretching, the only time is between elevated push ups after each set I put my arms above my head from by my sides straight ahead above & hold for 30 seconds or so. :wink:

    Two weeks ago the bottom of my foot from walking a cut, so I walk in my socks as a result, actually for several days afterwwod I could barely walk at all, but will thoughin my shoes again in the next few days in my house.

    A month ago at a birthday party my nephews he turned thirty he is 3 years older than me, hahaha & also a two & a half inches taller than me maybe slightly less.
