Intensive I don't want to move up a level. Ever. Exercise is not fun.
I'm working out with a purpose and I consider it to be normal maintenance; like brushing your teeth. It's gotta be done so make it count.0 -
The hardcores - 3 hours training per day, but I have fun doing things like tennis, MMA training, biking, hiking, calisthenics, swimming or just dancing. I want to be hardcore, but I also want to feel the joy associated with each activity or forget it.
If exercise and health ceases to be fun, I'd rather die fat. Find what you enjoy!

slow and steady/fun lover ~ my only exercise is walking, jogging up/down stairs, Zumba, and sex.0

The Intensives- I never leave the gym looking like I just went swimming. I will be a hardcore by summers end. I take my work outs very seriously.0

Intensive, tho I do TurboFire & Chalean Extreme. But I'm always dripping sweat after! All I talk about it fitness too lol I kind of eat, sleep & breath it, but I'm not in shape yet so idk if I would call myself hardcore...yet0

Id say im inbetween The fun lover, The mainstream, The Intensive... I dont feel like im quite to intensives... but i do end my work outs drenched in sweat.0

Between 3 and 4, I guess. I jog and bike, but I work out hard. When I come home from a jog, I don't look human anymore.0
