    My ability to stay focused and determined when it comes to doing tasks such as exercising and eating right. I get in a zone and stay there for a while. I feel that i'm in good shape for my age (43) as well.

    My intelligence, my love of learning, my unwillingness to back down if I think I'm right. My belief that it's important to change the world even at the lowest levels -- which often is all ordinary people can do -- when other people won't even bother to look at what's happening, and tell others to "lighten up."

    Physically:

    I like that I've always looked young for my age.
