What do you say to keep going? What's your Mantra?

Options
Hey guys, I'm a 'mantra' kind of girl - you know, those few words you say when the going gets tough to get you through it.
Things like "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" and sayings like that.
I'm looking for a mantra that 'fits' my weight loss beliefs.
What do you use?

thanks!

I cant really say I have a saying, but repeating "6 pack abs" is a motivator for me.

I always tell myself "I did this exact same workout two days ago, I can do it again!"

And I always reward myself with yoga in between my workout days. =)

Mine isn't very awe-inspiring.. it won't win any prizes but it worked for me...

To set the scene.. *Step on scales* No weight loss.... *dramatic sigh* Re-evaluate the meaning of life *curse*... conclusion:
"You have to keep going, do the right things and it will work eventually.. it just has to."

There was some variation of this every time I stood on the scales and it hadn't budged. All I kept drumming home was that if I was honest with myself, I ate the right foods and I exercised enough then the weight would move, it would have to. And the only other option was giving up and I liked that option even less! It worked... it took me two years but I got to goal!

with me it's either lose weight or go on insulin. i have lost enough my metformin has been reduced from 1000 mgs. twice a day to 500 once a day.

20 more pounds and i won't be on it at all.

    i just won't do needles.

im a firm believer in "no pain no gain." if ur in the gym and you are doing volume training for muscular size then it has to hurt to have results.

Gotta get my health back if I don't want to die here.

Not very catchy, a bit overwrought and desperate, but hey, it works.

Put on foot in front of the other until you reach the top (goal).

Keep your legs moving, like a machine.

And don't forget to keep breathing!

I had a bariatric surgeon tell me that I would fail at taking the weight off, and keeping it off unless I allowed him to operate on me. I want to prove him wrong.
