    i worked out for over 9 hours yesterday so that means i shattered your little 180 minute club by over three times in only just 24 hours and not 7 days....i need a real challenge like the 3500 minute a week club...that would be a challenge.
    Just a thought - perhaps create such a challenge.

    "This little 180 minute club" is a challenge to quite a few people, so please do not discourage those who are working towards a goal - step by step.:smile:

    wow!! I see a lot of new faces!!! WELCOME ALL!!!:flowerforyou: I also see some I have not seen in a while too. Welcome back to ones returning to the group too!! I know LIFE happens but the fact that you are back is great!!

    I know it is very HOT in many places,:grumble: but that does not mean we stop MOVING! So make sure you drink plenty of water :drinker: while working out and pace yourself too. Especially if you work out between 2 and 6 oclock. I know here in Chicago it has been being 90 degrees at night time too.:explode: I am glad I am a early riser and I get my workouts out of the way before work. :tongue:

    Keep MOVING and keep COOL and dyhydrated while getting in some activity!!:wink: You can do it!! Just make sure you are sensible when working out in the heat!

    Is there a way to modify my post to add my time or do I need to post every time I need to update my exercise minutes?
    I am not sure of your question but you can check in as often or less as you want that is your choice. Also you do not have to use my format. Feel free to use your own format. I just give people a format example.
