So after I created the topic for the womens Insanity results I realized a lot off women are doing Insanity! It would be nice for us to have a group where we could just support each other and motivate. I sure know I need it! Insanity is hard! No doubt and I have started and stopped Insanity 3 time since I purchased in may. I am determined to complete it and get my beachbody I deserve. I want to be skinny, but fit. Anyone can join no matter how overweight you are it doesnt matter. I dont even care if you have to modify every single move. Also you can join if you are doing another beachbody project. Just let me know below by simply saying "Im in" and put your stats down. Cant wait to start!!

I'd recommend the heart rate monitor and then creating your own exercise. Until you get that going, I think people usually log it under circuit training.
The easiest way to get back once you've posted on a topic is under the community tab > My Topics. Saves time on the searching!

I got mine right on the beach body website - they can break up the payments over 3 months, so its not too bad (thats what they did for me on my cc). I dont remember how much it was because I got a few extras in mine....0
