It just so happens that I started my own personal challenge to be active at least once every day this summer, so this works out perfectly.

Wed: 105 minutes of swimming
Thur: 120 minutes of biking (and the day isn't even halfway done!)

May and June were fun...I'm up for July! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from June 4th. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!
