    It just so happens that I started my own personal challenge to be active at least once every day this summer, so this works out perfectly.

    Week # 1 -- July 2nd -- Goal 500 minutes:

    Mon: 70 minutes of swimming
    Tue: 110 minutes of biking, 60 minutes of walking
    Wed: 105 minutes of swimming
    Thur: 120 minutes of biking (and the day isn't even halfway done!)

    Wed:Ok, blew it big time. Crashed and did an epic fail. didn't even log the rest of the day. No exercise either.

    Wed 85 minutes running, 60 minutes swimming (leisurely), 30 minutes walking

    I guess I need to increase my goal (but not every week is this active).

    May and June were fun...I'm up for July! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from June 4th. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!
