I was ready to drop out of this becaue I had failed to follow through with it. Then I realized that I walked for about 3 hours through the city of Chicago yesterday. So I'm counting it! That puts me at my goal. And I still have some time to rack up some more minutes for this week.
I was going to increase my goal throughout the month, but I don't think I will for next week. A day in Chicago is the exception, not the norm. lol0
