    35 minutes brisk walk temp 99
    Wednesday ~80/walking, PW, weights I don't even want to think about the temp!
    Thursday ~50/ walking the hill my favorite route up hill and down ankle and wrist weights Hot, hot, hot!

    Couldn't go to aquafit tonight since my daughter needed help getting packed for a week as a camp counselor but fortunately I slipped away later with my son for a 45 minute walk.

    May and June were fun...I'm up for July! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from June 4th. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!

    Wed: 0 mins - Spend the day cleaning and running errands, don't usually could that.

    I was ready to drop out of this becaue I had failed to follow through with it. Then I realized that I walked for about 3 hours through the city of Chicago yesterday. So I'm counting it! That puts me at my goal. And I still have some time to rack up some more minutes for this week. :)

    I was going to increase my goal throughout the month, but I don't think I will for next week. A day in Chicago is the exception, not the norm. lol
