what do you sweeten your tea and coffee with?

i use stevia for herbal teas and stuff but I really don't like the taste of it in tea, so I end up using normal sugar. Is there any other natural sweeteners I could try? What do you use? :)

I use Sweet and Low in my coffee and sprinkle some on my strawberries (mmmmm.....strawberries.....).

EDIT: Sorry, I just saw you were looking for natural sweeteners..... you could try honey, I've heard other people use that.

It isn't a 'sweetener', but I use lemon in my green tea. It gives it a little flavor and I love it. You can also use oranges, grapes, etc.

I use Splenda. Some days I don't feel like using splenda and I use sugar but only 1 teaspoon. I have noticed that once I get used to the splenda one teaspoon of real sugar goes a long way for me...

For my iced tea, I make it with only half the sugar (one cup per gallon). Also, I buy flavored coffee and don't add anything else to it.

equal or splenda - but prefer splenda - the equal puts a gram of carbs in the log for this app ...

I use nothing for my teas, I like them straight up. Coffee I only drink when it tastes like candy, so basically I don't drink it. :drinker:

I've just tried the Domino Light which is a blend of real cane sugar and stevia and it's not too bad, 5 calories per pack.

Agave but that is really high on the glycemic index (as is honey) or coconut palm sugar which is much lower on the index (http://coconutpalmsugar.com/Glycemic_Index_Explained.html).

I mostly fall back on the artificial (sucrolose which is made from sugar) since it is more convenient to carry with me.
