Yes, it's sleeved....I'm still "gun shy" LOL Not bad for a 45 year old and losing 113 pounds. Still lifting heavy and getting more toned.

Let's see if it works this time...yay finally figured it out lol...my upper body has always been weak but I'm working on it! This is the most toned my arms have been. (My Dad is a body builder and owns a health club so my parents have a mini gym in their basement, normally I wouldn't be working on in just a sports bra but it's super hot in there)

I took this pic the other day to show how long my hair is getting. Was surprised to see actual muscles in the picture! Kind of made me want to strut around the beach with my arms like this...but then I realized I would look like a total dork and likely embarrass my kids. hehehe
