    So, had a pretty abysmal week - bbq yesterday and too much beer and wine through and through methinks....starting low carb today so hopefully a better result next time! Still trying to work out what everyone uses these numbers for...

    I am also attempting the "dry July" challenge- that is no alcohol for the whole month so hopefully that will help me lose a bit extra. :)

    I can't find my later post where ! adjusted my weight after googling the difference between kgs and lbs, and also to say I would be weighing in on 2nd - which is now in Oz.
    very happy with my result this week, thanks for this challenge it has made me stay right on track. :)
