Wow! Seeing all of your successes has inspired me to keep going! I tried Weight Watchers for a while, but I came back to MFP just because it works better for me. I don't have any pictures handy, but...
I'm 5'4 and I started at 233 and a size 20/22 and I'm now 170 and a size 14/16.
I'm curvy, so my goal has always been between 135 and 140. Hopefully I can get there!0 -
There's an age gap in mine but I don't have any other photos of me that size to hand.
Around 238lbs, age 18.

Height = 5'3"
Age = 19
BEFORE [July 2011]:
Weight = 203lbs
Size = 16/18 in women's and 17 in juniors
AFTER [July 2012]:
Weight = 154lbs
Size = 10/12 in women's and 9/11 in juniors
Looking great! Also - I swear I have the same camera and the same dress (fabric pattern) in a different cut. Is it from H&M?0 -
I'm 5'5. Here is my so far picture. I still have much more to go!
When I started I weighed 185lbs, but I have no pictures of that. I had lost 10lbs b4 I took that b4 picture. I wore a size 15 pants.
The after picture was a couple weeks ago. I now weigh 132lbs. I wear an 8/9. But I can fit in a 6/7. In fact I can get an AE size 6 on & off without even unbuttoning them. But as u can see, I carry most of my weigh in my belly. So if the pants aren't really loose it gives me muffin top. Where I wear my pants is shrinking much faster than my belly unfortunately, so I can pull those 8/9's pretty far out. I loathe my belly and love handles.
you look amazing! well done!!!0 -

Y'all are all doing amazing!!!0 -
I was 255 at my biggest and my pictures on my profile show me at 245lbs that was back 3 years ago. Now Im 137/140 depending on the day
i was a size 16ish... now im a 7/9 depending on the brand. it was really easy to lose most of the weight AT FIRST! then getting the last bit off and keeping it off is always a challenge. Bodies are made different when they get bigger then smaller again. You can do it0 -
Bump.

Wow!!!! You are all great....what an inspiration for me!!! I was wondering if anyone 5'3"/5'4" who has achieved their goal is over 40? Seems like when you are in your teens and twenties weight comes off easier then when you are 40+....or is this just me? If any of you have advice on how to over come a sluggish metabolism...I'd appreciate it because it seems that I earn every pound loss now that I've turned 40 (soon to be 41).0
