Wow!!!! You are all great....what an inspiration for me!!! I was wondering if anyone 5'3"/5'4" who has achieved their goal is over 40? Seems like when you are in your teens and twenties weight comes off easier then when you are 40+....or is this just me? If any of you have advice on how to over come a sluggish metabolism...I'd appreciate it because it seems that I earn every pound loss now that I've turned 40 (soon to be 41).
