The Italian that you mix yourself. comes with its own container that tells how much oil/vinnegar/water to mix. I swap the vinnegar and oil for more vinnegar, less oil. Healthier and tastes great!
That's exactly what I do. I use extra virgin olive oil.

Dorothy Lynch's Fat Free Dressing, is a good one. I know it's been said numerous times before, but remember to put it in a small cup and dip you fork in it vs. just dumping it on. You'll be shocked at how little you actually need.

I like balsamic vinaigrette. So I use bolthouse farms balsamic vinaigrette. it's 30 calories for 2 TBSP but I usually only need 1.5 TBSP - I measure everything I eat. It's really yummy I love it. If I don't use those I use the Kraft Olive Oil line. My favorite is Pesto Parmegan.

Ken's lite creamy caesar, use it everyday!! Yummmm!!! 90 calories for TWO tbsp!!!! :-) It's a little high in fat being 8 grams per serving but hey I don't eat enough fat anyway.

Walden Farms = zero calorie dressings

They also make peanut butter, pancake syrup, fruit syrups, chocolate/caramel/marshmallow dip, mayo and other things. It's awesome.

I make my own dressing. I get these cool flavored vinegars and mix with just a bit of oil. Yummy.

Hummus! Its absolutely amazing on my spinach salads at least...

Other than that I try to use no dressing (especially if I use a stronger flavored cheesed) or red wine or balsamic vinegar.

I don't use "dressing" per say ... I use Pace Picante` Sauce since I usually eat my salad with grilled chicken. Way less calories and 0 fat.

    <3 it

Mix greek yougurt with ranch seasoning! The healthiest "ranch" dressing you can get, and I think it tastes even better!

I try to stick to the basics. Olive oil & balsamic vinegar, thats it. BUT my favorite would have to be Greek Feta dressing!

(not to be mistaken with the other greek dressing by kraft)

I use Maple farms fat free. There is poppy seed and rasberry vinegerette. Both are really good. Other fat free flavors too. I eat a different dressing each day to keep a variety.

I use Compliments Balsamic Vinaigrette. May only be available in Canada, but I'm not sure.
