    Making these tonight!

    Has anyone tried freezing them? Wondering if they will still taste good after reheated....we have a LOT of zucchini...

    I make these with Oatmeal -- way better for you than breadcrumbs, and addictingly tasty!! :)

    I'll try with oatmeal next time ..do you use the same amount as breadcrumbs..maybe i'll eat oatmeal this way :(

    I have! :flowerforyou: They were fabulous! I just reheated them on my cast iron skillet and flipped mid-way thru. Super tasty! My garden is BURSTING with zucchini so i am making a quadruple batch today for the freezer :)

    (read: EIGHTEEN POUNDS harvested in the past two days!! :bigsmile: )

    Just made these and all I can say is...NICE TOTS! :wink: Although, I will add a little salt and pepper next time. The parmesan cheese and onion add a nice flavor, but I like a little salt. Also - I dipped these in light ranch dressing - swoon!!!!
