I'm going the wrong way!! I have totally lost my motivation. I haven't been tracking at all. I haven't been drinking water like I need to and I have been hitting the Coke like it's the only thing left. I just need that kick in the pants to get started again but I just can't seem to find it..... but I'm here to check in.0 -
Ok just threw the rest of my coke away and am brewing a pot of tea right now. Thank you to everyone for listing your struggles so I know I'm not the only one. Here's to making next week a LOSS!!! :drinker:0

Well it seems as though I over did it on the sodium again...
Hopefully that's all it is! I was down to 187 in the last challenge, so I'm not really sure what happened.
I have been doing more weights so perhaps that is the problem, I just hope it evens itself out again!

The mud run i did was the 'tough guy tough gal challenge' here in New Zealand ... was so much fun but a tad cold here in middle of winter. hehehe
