    2) Vanilla protein powder (MUCH better than the chocolate I have!)
    3) Eggs
    4) Veggies, tons and tons of veggies
    5) Chicken for my husband as I don't eat meat.

    1. Apples - For snacking, traveling, and making amazing over-baked apple chips for dessert.
    2. Strawberries - Because, hello? They are delicious and healthful
    3. Spinach - The easiest vegetable to make in a hurry, or just eat it raw. Also good added to smoothies secretly!
    4. BLSL Chicken Breast - I probably eat this 5-6 times a week in different dishes.
    5. Frozen Tilapia filets - Easy, healthy, filling, and I can toss them on the George Foreman in a foil pack without thawing them, and they're prefect.

    Obviously there are a lot more things I always have on hand, like broccoli, lean ground beef, green beans, skim milk, coffee (SO MUCH COFFEE ALL THE TIME), low fat cottage cheese, and zucchini.
