    4.Veggies (always yams and frozen spinach, with other stuff added as the mood strikes.
    5. Fish (wild-caught salmon, tilapia, arctic char, or halibut)

    Also can't live without chocolate flavour Syntha-6 protein powder, eggs, Crystal Light singles, eggs, tea, coconut oil, oatmeal...

    3. black label red capsicum and tomato soup (a recent discovery of mine with very little cals and sodium content)
    4. max's super shred (protein shake)

    I'm curious - what's almond milk like, and what do you do with it?

    Almond milk is just non-dairy milk made from almonds. It's got a mild flavor. The brand I use (in the US) is very low calorie and with no added sugar. I use it just as others use dairy milk, I think (it's been a while since I used milk), that is, in coffee, and in recipes that call for milk. It's pretty good. When I was in England with my mom recently, they had a pretty good brand (though they bought it for me, so I didn't check the nutrition facts) called Alpro. Hope that helps. :)
