    Almond Milk

I'm curious - what's almond milk like, and what do you do with it?

Almond milk is just non-dairy milk made from almonds. It's got a mild flavor. The brand I use (in the US) is very low calorie and with no added sugar. I use it just as others use dairy milk, I think (it's been a while since I used milk), that is, in coffee, and in recipes that call for milk. It's pretty good. When I was in England with my mom recently, they had a pretty good brand (though they bought it for me, so I didn't check the nutrition facts) called Alpro. Hope that helps. :)
