cold mashed potatoes and country gravy and vanilla yogurt! Yeah not what is supposed to be for dinner but I am on a soft cold food diet for a few days. I couldn't stomach the idea of pudding, ice cream and jello for several days!

I made turkey tacos and ate 2 veggies alongside my 2 tacos. They were delicious and I've already packaged up the leftovers to use for meals later in the month. :)

I need ideas too! I often like grilling, shrimp tacos are pretty low-cal if you use grilled shrimp and corn tortillas. I like chicken breast with asparagus...

An omelet: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, honey maple turkey, American cheese, broccoli, and spinach. With Ezekiel sesame toast. I tend to eat eggs for dinner a lot because they're so fast!
