Broiled Lobster Tail w/1 TBSP Butter
1 Cup Steamed Diced Squash w/ sprinkle of brown sugar & cinnamon
1Cup French Onion Soup w/5 Saltine Crackers

2 tb Ken's Steakhouse light creamy caesar dressing, 90 cal
2 cups romaine lettuce 15 cal
2 cups spring mix 10 cal
1 tb parmesan cheese 30 cal
4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast 100 cal.
7 Fresh Gourmet premium seasoned croutons 70 cal.
The trick to using less dressing is to toss everything with the dressing before serving, in a huge bowl, that way you coat all the lettuce and use less dressing.

Try yummly.com I use that all the time you can move the slider bars on the left to choose calories ect. But be ware that the calorie counts aren't always correct. I usually pick a recipe and then use MFP to help decipher the nutrition. We are having easy Mexican chicken with Mexican rice. All inspired by yummly.com0

Quinoa mix up, this is a regular meal for me, but it's never the same.The only consistent thing is there's always quinoa and nutritional yeast. I just throw whatever veggies I have in the fridge, and always have a protein, usually it's a field roast chipotle sausage, but today it's sardines. Tonight's mix up is quinoa, peas, cherry tomatoes, sardines, baby spinach, shelled hemp seed, nutritional yeast, and some sunflower seeds.0
