Come on Jennifer, you can do it! And a tank top is okay if you don't want to take off your shirt. You are looking pretty fine in your DDR workout outfit in your profile!

    LOL!!!
I have to laugh, because that was gravity helping me out in that picture!!
There was another one where all my rolls were showing b/c I was standing still! So, I opted for the "in motion" one because gravity was my friend!
and.... the front of me is waaaaaaaaay worse then the back!

Ugh! :noway: :blushing: I do believe that look on my face in my "showing skin" photos is one of uncertainty and fear. :indifferent: I took some photos wearing my "goal" pants. I want be able to proudly and comfortably wear those pants jogging (in public)(pretty sure I'll always keep a shirt on in public though) this summer ... about 20 pounds away from that though!
And now I'm going on the treadmill.

Yeah man i know what you mean. In the last 5 years i have been near my leanest 210 - 215 below 8% body fat ( and way to thin for my liking) my bigest and leanest 255-260 and 14% and near my flabbiest 268 - 270 god knows how much body fat but i didnt work out for almost 2 years due to an injury. so im feeling pretty good right now and getting better every day.

Im shooting for big and lean this time 240+ and 10%, thats the pic i really cant wait to see.

Ok Ok, i'll take ONE photo with my shirt off. Oh god. I won't even suck in the gut! I'll do it tonight at home, since I don't have my camera with me. First person to make fun of me, I hack your computer and upload thousands of pictures of people at the end of hot dog and pie eating contests! (you'd be surprised how gross that is!)

Oh, and head shots don't count! gotta be atleast waist up! No cheating.

What is there to make fun of?! And it looks to me like the jeans are about ready to be retired! WTG!!:drinker:

Right on dude, I lost all of mine after getting hurt also.

I think you are taller than me, but I am shooting for 205 and less than 15%. At my 'best' I was 215 12% body fat, was ripped like crazy and was running 6 minute miles. I have to keep in mind I was 25 at the time, but I feel healthier these days than I have in a long time, and look forward to entering my 30's being lean and mean. Look out ladies.

Ok I just put one more. It was taken the summer of 04 in my room in Baghdad where i was getting my big stomach tattoo by a 24y/o Iraqi kid who was really cool and had some jail house tattoo gun.

This was my far to lean phase, living in the desert can do that to you if your not careful.
