I made some quick oatmeal with skim milk and 1.75 tsp light brown sugar, blueberries with a sliced banana on the side. EXTREMELY filling. Usually by this time [10am], I'm ravenous again. But now that I think of it, a couple of walnuts would've been a nice touch too. c:

So for many years I have only ate a snakc (on some days) and dinner. I always would get my nutrients needed with my dinner though. I am currently at a slowing plateau. I have read a few times that jumpstarting your metabolism is best if you eat something healthy in the morning. So I am trying just that.

Ate an egg for breakfast this morning. Going for 5 strawberries and 1/2c. fat free cottage cheese for lunch.

Any input on this subject? Or what do YOU eat for breakfast?

If that's all I ate for breakfast AND lunch, I would be STARVING, literally. By dinner, I would have the shakes. My suggestion would be to eat more...

    This......

Not nearly enough food. I've always heard "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar."

I used to not eat breakfast because I wasn't hungry at six in the morning. But since I started working out, I'm always starving in the morning.

Today, exploded poached eggs and vegetable medley

I try to break up my eating into 5 or 6 meals per day. That way my metabolism never slows down.

For Breakfast I had 1/2 cup of Dannon Lite N Fit Yogurt with 2 large sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup of regular oatmeal.

I blend it all together and have a great breakfast (along with a couple glasses of water).

    Good luck!

    Friend me if you like!

During the week, I have the same breakfast every day:

    1 cup of Bran Flakes
    2 tsp. Raw Sugar
    1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
3/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    Coffee with cream

Usually around 230 cal, keeps me going till lunch.

    Weekends are MUCH different

Usually eggs and bacon with toast one day, and pancakes or french toast the next day.

To answer your question, this morning I had a gluten free waffle with peanut butter and banana and an iced coffee w/ 2% milk.

But the bigger question is...what are you planning on eating for the rest of the day?? I hope you realize that, unless you have some large pig out planned for this evening, your breakfast and lunch aren't enough food for a fly. At a minimum, this type of eating will hinder your weight loss progress. But to be even more real, this type of eating can seriously damage your body. Please make sure you are getting the proper nutrition.
