    Wow Guys! Just WOW!!! I'm gonna take my "before pic" this weekend. hopefully in the next couple of months I can post a great progress pic, and shortly after that a GOAL MET photo.

    I have 50 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight .

    I will have before, now and after, if that makes sense... I worked really hard and was in great shape. Then I was seriously injured, in a body cast and hospital bed for 12 weeks and drowned my sorrows in death by chocolate shakes and other comfort foods. My before pic is in my signature, my now pic is on my profile - finally getting motivated. I would really like to make a significant change by the 1 year anniversary of my accident, March 3rd.

    That does make sense, T in PA. I think I'd have drowned my sorrows in chocolate too. I'm glad you're ready to feel better and make some changes!

    The transformations in these pictures are nothing short of absolutely amazing. And they are all just that- transformations... not simply weight loss. Not one set of pictures failed to produce a jaw-dropping response. 100% inspirational- period. Thank you all for posting and congratulations to each of you. :drinker:
