    Gardein veggie burger and broccoli. It was better than it sounds. Honest!

    I had chickpeas with lemon juice.
    Mixed veggies (cauliflower, bok choy, brussel sprouts, and carrots) - steamed
    Salad (lettuce and spinach) with zesty italian calorie wise dressing
    yum :)

    shoyu chicken - rice and haricot verts..... maybe greek yogurt and fruit for dessert later

    coconut crusted tilapia, and some kind of veggie....not sure what's in the fridge right now. And some canteloupe.

    I'm doing breakfast for dinner - 2 eggs, a dash of skim milk, red peppers, and some cheese.

    Fish Tacos.

    Tilapia pan fried with butter, lemon juice, pepper, season all, curry, and cinnamon.
    Put fish, lettuce, and a slice of orange inside a taco shell. Yum.

    alice springs chicken...including boneless, skinless lightly seared chicken breast in olive oil, then baked with bacon, mushrooms, homemade honey mustard, and 2% cheese :)

    I made a big pot of turkey chiii. 3 kinds of beans, onions, ceery. I was too tired to do carrots. It's 245 calories a bowl- with good protein and fiber.

    Salad wrap (spring mix salad, grilled chicken chunks, two sliced strawberries, and toasted sesame dressing wrapped in a tortilla) totaled under 400 calories, but it was incredibly delicious.

    Have just had 2 'burger' stacks

    Freyas sandwich thins at the base - 1/2 for each base
    Lite cream cheese
    Baby spinach greens
    Chargrilled style chicken breast - halved between the 2
    Beetroot
    Grilled Portobello flat mushroom to top it off
    A bit of plain baked pumpkin on the side

    Yum

    Pork tenderloin, sliced tomatoes, and roasted veggies. I'm really into the roasted veggies. Tonight - baby red potatoes, carrots, yellow squash, onions, garlic and a little olive oil. I mix up the veggies depending on what I have on hand.

    Sooo many yummy dinners!

    I had maple glazed salmon, sauteed zucchini and whole wheat spaghetti with fresh basil pesto *YUM*
    For dessert a small slice of freshly baked peanut butter-chocolate chip-banana bread :love:
