5'4" my goal is 155, and to get rid of these thunder thighs!!!0

I 5'6" and want to be between 150 and 140. I don't think I would look good any lower then that. I have larger (42F) chest and "child bearing" hips so I just think that under 140 wouldn't work real well.0

5'5 and i'm 134ish right now. My goal is to be 125 and BUFF.0

I am 5'5" and around 165lbs. Having lost close to 50lbs so far, my goals are:
1) to lose another 25 lbs. (improved nutrition and exercise)
2) to have a lean and toned body (weights, NROLFW)
3) to increase endurance/ stamina (running, cardio)
and to perfect the use of my Ninja esp. when I get to maintain mode0 -

Current weight: 134lbs
ULTIMATE goal weight: 120lbs and toned/fit & healthy0 -

I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. My highest weight that I know, although I think I was heavier at one point, was 185. My goal is 120 pounds and to lose the jiggle on my arms and butt/thighs. I thought my goal weight would be 125 but I am definitely more than 5 pounds away from what I want. My frame is somewhere between small and medium so I think 120 will be a good weight for me.0

I'm 5'6 and 137 now, would love to be 125...but if my love handles are gone before I hit 125 that may be my new "healthy" weight and I would be thrilled with that! After kids the fat hangs around in different places than it did before and being older makes it even harder to lose that extra weight.0

I am 5'4" and weighing 150. I weighed almost 200 pounds for a very long time. My goal is 130. My goal is also a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin from my 10 pound child I gave birth to. I really just want to be lean and muscular machine0

I'm 5 ft 4in and I would be happy with 150, however I was 235 at my heaviest and it would be cool to say I lost 100 pounds but like i said, 150 would feel great right now.0
