OMG I love this thread! Im about 5 foot even. Starting at 174ish. My goal is around 125ish. I took some "before" pictures this weekend and just started Jillian's 30 day shred (holy sore this am!!). I cant wait to post "after" pics!

I'm just a bit over 5ft (not quite 5 ft 1). I was always small but I put on a lot of weight with each of my pregnancies, although I did lose it in between. With my third son I put on 2 and a half stone and I was around 147 pounds with most of it being on my bum (also have a small frame so it really looks pretty obvious when I'm bugger). I have lost all my baby weight and some, usually I'm around 116-120 and now I'm 109 and aiming to get down to 102 (this may be too small, I'm just going to stop when I think I look ok). My problem is really more with toning, my body looks fine in clothes but I have wobbly thighs and hips outwith them.
I am not sure how to post a pic. I lost my weight mostly walking with my baby in a sling. He is now 10 months and I still put him in the sling to walk and it is a really good extra bit of exercise. I walk lots with my boys and encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle.1 -

Not sure if this will work but here is a pic of me last week. I lost the initial baby weight through breastfeeding so I joined myfitnesspal when I was at 124 pounds, currently 16 pounds lost.

I have pics in my profile, i dont know how to post them in here... It never works for me when I try... I have lost 41.9 lbs to date, not my best but I have done very well in trying to maintain it... The highest weight loss I have had is 45 lbs so I am a few lbs behind where I was at my best... for this year but thats okay because I haven't been working out very much in the last couple months due to work0

here i was after i had my daughter not sure my weight then but at my 6 wk appointment i was 210
here i am now at 150 this was taking few days ago

Im loving this thread, Im 5'3" and started at 196 and down to 190. Hoping to get to atleast 170 and then will take it from there. You all look fabolous and its great to see the losses on people the same height!!! Congrats to you all!1

I am 5'4. Started last year at 216 now at 181 and stuck, but that is ok. Better than gaining. Only have one pic from that weight on my profile and do not know how to put in here. sorry
Decrease your carbs to under 100 (try to limit them to fruit and veggies- no starches) and increase your protein.
Try this for two weeks and see if it breaks your plateau.0 -

This topic is very insipring, I have been on here since March and recently hit a plateau and now on excercise restrictions I am looking forward to reaching my initial goal of 140, but I have only lost 7 since being on here since March. Can't wait to get back to 30 day shred and some real excercising. BTW, I m 5'2". Congrats to all of you have done well on your journey.0
