Sounds like some Jimmies have been rustled.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?

yeah, clearly "jimmies" have been rustled if you can't properly post a youtube link.

It's cool, I'll stop eating garlic on your advice and have this instead: http://verydemotivational.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/129151269493608520.jpg

95 percent of americans are in danger of suffering a long agonizing death as a result of garlic. Get your facts straight guys there is research out there.

    Really? :noway:

How long and how much do you have to eat before you experience symptoms? Because I eat garlic every day and have for decades. Since i was old enough to stop eating baby food there's been very few days without garlic, usually lots of it (luckily my husband loves it too!). I'm 51 years old. How long do I have left?

Oh no. If we continue to have our jimmies rustled, does that mean you're sending us to that terrible planet of the apes?

    Wait a minute...

    Statue of Liberty...

THAT WAS OUR PLANET! YOU BLEW IT UP!

    DAMN YOU!

    DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!

Put a clove of garlic in your eye for 2 minutes and let me know how that feels. Would you consider eating that?

I'd sooner put a clove of garlic in there than a jalapeno pepper slice and I eat those regularly too.

And this is how rumors get started, people.

We really should be more concerned with *real* dangers like that of dihydrogen monoxide. Dihydrogen monoxide is EVERYWHERE, you all. IT IS ALL AROUND YOU. And it's responsible for thousands of deaths every year. Read more about it here: http://www.dhmo.org/

But luckily, if you drink enough water, you can spare yourself the ravages of dihydrogen monoxide. (Garlic, too, now that I think of it...)

Wow, I should be dead! Garlic is so NOT an option to take out of my diet. If I am eating healthy then I am eating tasty and healthy! Besides in doing the research you will find garlic is good for you!

I am tired of all the "experts" telling us what is good and what is bad for us. I'm Sicilian and without garlic in my diet a lost soul. Besides, Southern Italians in general are some of the healthiest people on earth and live long lives. Next they will be telling me that organic grown is a big farse! Pishaw I say!!

I can't decide if you are being serious or sarcastic...?

Put a clove of garlic in your eye for 2 minutes and let me know how that feels. Would you consider eating that?

I can't think of one single thing I've eaten in my life that would feel pleasant if I stuck it in my eye. There's nothing scientific about that. Give us some facts... *all ears*
