    Would love to see the recipes for the shakes you are doing. I do the Melaleuca ones with 20g protein, Not a bunch of additives, since they are made by a wellness company. I like the vanilla add a little banana pudding mix and it is so good, just like cake batter.

    tried this ... not a fan.

    the taste was OK. but once I got to the bottom half, even with trying to continually keep it mixed, I got to the little bits of cottage cheese. the texture was pretty gross. might try again, but sub in plain yogurt for the cottage cheese.

    I made a dashing diva smoothie tonight to take with me to work tomorrow -
    i used her base with reduced fat cottage cheese, and i added my health n fit 100% egg protein powder in vanilla, 1tsp of ff sf chocolate pudding mix, and 1tbsp of smart balance chunky peanut butter.

    looks good!! excited to try more of her recipes!
