I don't. I tell myself that I'm worth this and in the end, it will all be worth it. OH and remember how much I LIKE to look in the mirror now.
So frigging inspiring that I don't have words!!0 -
I think of how unhappy I have been.0

... I go out and have a high cal high sodium super processed meal. I then feel like complete crap the next day and that's my reminder to stick to my diet
Or I just look in the mirror and go "Hell nah you're not getting chubby again!"0 -
...I open up iPhoto and look back on all my fat pictures, and tell myself "never again!"0

I remember how ugly my target tattoo would look on this stomach and how *****ING it will look on my goal stomach!0

... I remember how hungry I will get if I don't eat.0

I remember how far I have come and the successes I have experienced. I don't want to give up on life and the diseases (heart disease and diabetes) that have taken my family members at early ages. I need to set an example for kids so they can have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Give them a good start.0

I think about how pretty skinny girls are, and how my muscles/abs are going to be glorious, and how I want to be prettier than my bf's naturally skinny ex
And the clooooothes!!! Oh lord, the clothes!0 -
:flowerforyou: I remember the woman who bravely decided to change her life. ME! I cannot forget how much she wanted to be healthy and to change her life. I cannot let her down. I will not let her down. I will get there someday even if it takes forever. I'll get there. :flowerforyou:

I think about how hard I have to work to burn off what I am about to eat. How my wedding is coming up in 60+ days and how one day I WILL be comfortable with myself in a bikini!!!! :]0

I remember how unhappy I am when I am depressed. My diet helps keep my depression away.
ME TOO!!

I think about my Dad that died 30 years ago today at a young 42 years old. He was not overweight, nor sick! He had sleep apnea, and didn't know it. It was relatively new 30 years ago, and then I think about my Mom who has been diabetic since I was in 4th grade, and has been on kidney dyalisis for the past 5 years! I am only 43, but I want to be around a lot more years, but not just around, but healthy and enjoying life!!0

Big congrats on 80 pounds!! Incredible!!0 -
I think of all the people who are convinced I will blow it......:noway:
You said it!!! There are so many negative people out there just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Someone even wished me good luck and warned me that by the third month, I'd fall off (like she did). Funny thing is, it's been 6 months and although it hasn't been easy or perfect, the transformation is mine and it's working!!!0 -

I think, "What diet?" This is my new life, and I want to keep this new body that goes along with it!
Oh, and I think about how much I love my new clothes, and how I don't have any of the old "diet" clothes anymore.
:happy:0 -
I think about having nice abs in a bikini and looking good for my special someone0
-
I remember that what I'm doing is working and in six months, it's still going to be six months from now so I could be six months closer to my goal or not...0
-
I look in the mirror and remember how much bigger I use to be and how far I've come. Then, I tell myself that this struggle will only make me stronger.0
-
I remember how close I am to my goal :flowerforyou:0
