I preffer dessert. I think plain coffee is yucky. but a little espresso flavor in my chemically-balancing-dessert drink is perfect for me.

an iced tazo passion tea w/ a splash of lemonade or I go all out and get a tall nonfat caramel macchiato. the skinny version is no good!0

i work here so lately its just water with a splash of passion or green tea. when i'm hungry though i make a custom smoothie thats a great protein shake.
tall sized nonfat milk, 2 pumps sugar free mocha, 1 pump sugar free caramel, 1 pump coconut, 4 scoops protein powder, 1 pump of light base. Blend & enjoy. mmmmm
they have coconut syrup? mmmm!
I usually do a grande skim latte with 2 splendas. 130 calories. but I prefer my coffee at home with coconut oil mmmmmmore mmmmmmm than starbucks mmmmm.0 -

Their samples, when it's not sinful. It's rare that I buy a drink at Starbucks. I prefer to go to good ol' Timmy Ho's.0

Love Starbucks... I just started ViSalus nutritional shakes, actually i tried them today I officially start tomorrow. I have to run out to my Starbucks and pick up some of the instant packets of decaf, then i can ad them to my shakes, I order them plain so i can mix in different flavors and add fruit if i choose to. Let see how it works out. I want to loose 10 lbs by mid August. :drinker:0

Don't be conned by the sizes! I think most people see three sizes on the board and pick the medium one, the 'grande'. Actually, they do one even smaller a 'short' that they just don't bother listing on the boards. A 'tall' is plenty for most people. Going for the 'tall' rather than a 'grande' is an easy way to save a few calories.
I usually have a tall skinny caramel latte. Mmmm. Not healthy, but a good treat that doesn't blow my calories. The new Refresha drinks are good too.0 -
Passionfruit tea unsweetened, iced. Zero calories, realllly yummy.
If you want something hot, try a skinny vanilla latte. The grande has 120 cals I think
you can buy that tea at the store for like $7.00/pack. just sayin'0 -

On the rare occasions I go to SB I get one of three things depending on the weather and time of year. Either a cappuccino (whole milk) tall or grande, a signature hot chocolate (whole milk) only ever tall because it's rich, or a tall strawberries and cream.
