I put it in shakes (oatmeal, vanilla almond milk, light vanilla yougurt, banana, 2 tablespoons pb2 with cocoa). I have also sprinkled it on my oatmeal, waffles, and frozen yogurt.0

I have my own order on its way from Amazon, but visit www.dashingdish.com for lots of recepies using PB2! Again, haven't gotten it yet but I plan on using some of her recipes to start off!0

I've made thai peanut sauce- super low cal and not bad!, take air popped corn with a little spray butter and dip it in a serving of pb2, smoothies, sandwiches, and my absolute FAVE recipe for it is to put it in oatmeal with a little bit of sf maple syrup- tastes like a hot no bake cookie. mmm.0

I post this recipe everywhere:
I make the basic overnight oats recipe adapted for triple chocolate, banana/and-or coffee, and peanut butter O.O.s and it is so good I think about making it for maybe two meals a day.
Ingreds added to mason jar in this order:
1/3 cup chocolate almond milk (40 cals)
1 T unsweetened cocoa (10 cals)
1/4 cup old fashioned uncooked oats (75 cals)
1/4 fat free fage plain greek yogurt (33 cals)
1 T chia seeds (60 cals)
1 T ground flaxmeal (30 cals--optional, but gives the concoction an almost cookie-dough consistency, which I like)
2 tsp honey (30 cals)
6 T chocolate PB2, mixed with water in a separate bowl BEFORE adding to jar (135 cals - because I like PB2)
Shake, then add:
1/2 banana, sliced, then stirred in (45 cals); and/or:
2 tsp ground coffee, stirred in (0 cals)
Chill overnight, and seriously consider setting your alarm earlier than normal to enjoy earlier than normal.0 -
1 cup almond milk + 1 tbsp PB2 + 1 tsp cocoa powder....tastes like I am drinking a recess peanut butter cup....0

Mix it with greek yogurt and dip fruit in it. It's a good post or pre workout snack for me. Protein + healthy sugars.
Drop it in smoothies as a "protein powder".
Use it for the filling in homemade dark chocolate pb cups.
Hell. Anywhere I would use regular peanut butter.
Never thought about putting it in greek yogurt! I'm going to try that next time. I usually just make up and dip apple slices in it0 -
I replaced regular peanut butter with PB2 in my daily smoothie. It's great.0
-
eat it in large quantities JK. I mix it in my protein shakes.0

Just had some on a rice cake. Yum!0

Peanut butter is one of my TOP FIVE FAVE FOODS, let alone guilt free so I'll stick with my Smucker's Natural PB. I know some ppl who use it primarily use it in their shakes...I heard reconstituting it with water to eat as regular peanut butter hasn't been so successful for most ppl lol0

I add it to my oatmeal!0
-
I eat it with apple slices.0

I just mix it up and eat it with a spoon!!! or on toast, or I LOVE the Betty Crocker Warm Delights 150 cal choc cake and I will mix 1T in my cake before I cook it!0

I saw a recipe on Pinterest that used it to make "No bake cookies" a little healthier. I was going to reder it because my kiddo loves those!0

I added a tablespoon to my homemade ice cream. I use one can of Thai coconut milk, add 6 teaspoons or packets of truvia, 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, 1 tablespoon of the PB2 and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Used a hand mixer to mix it up really good and then pour it in my cuisinart ice cream maker. In no time at all I have some really delicious sugar free ice cream.0

I love Reese's peanut butter cups, reese's pieces or anything with chocolate and peanut butter! When I'm craving my choco/PB mix, I eat PB2 with a few squares of dark hershey and I'm satisfied!!!0

Sounds Yummy!!!!0 -
I cut up apples into smallish squares put them in a ziploc bag & shake with a dusting of pb2. Pb2 is pricey due to shipping, I stretch it when I can. I like this using banana slices too.0

I don't know if any of you brew your own beer, but I have a buddy who uses it to add flavor in the hops process......0
-
I just bought a Cuisinart Icecream maker too! Thanks for the recipe! Do you have any others or can you recommend a good site for low cal, sugarfree, fatfree recipes that are good for the maker????0

I might have to try this sometime. Sounds really good; and that is my favorite candy bar0 -
Well, for me I have been putting it into my smoothies the past two days. 2 Tsb of the powder in the blender with the other ingriedients and it comes out great. Saves me about 140 calories during breakfast then regular peanut butter.0

Put it in a Vanilla protein shake0

My favorite way to eat it is in a bowl of steel cut oats. I use 1 serving (1/4 c.) oats, 2 Tbsp. PB2 (or chocolate PB2) and 1/2 to 1 tsp. of raw sugar (or 1/2 Tbsp of honey or 1 Tbsp of maple syrup). For a treat throw in a Tbsp of chocolate chips or dried cranberries. Tastes like a warm oatmeal cookie. It's also great in many of the baked oatmeal recipes.
I also like it in smoothies. And I've recently tried it as an addition to banana "ice cream", and it was wonderful. (Mix one frozen banana, 2 Tbsp PB2, and 1 Tbsp cocoa powder with a blender or stick blender till smooth.)
I also like adding it to baked goods of various sorts. It's quite tasty in pancakes.0 -
Great on pancakes, in protein shakes, English muffins, bana ice cream, pb banana quesadillas0
-
I just ordered both the PB and cocoa from Amazon... I can't wait to try it in my morning smoothie!0
