    My parents would let my brother and I walk to the store to buy them cigarettes, she would give us some money for candy if we would do this for her. I was 9 and he was 4 and we walked about 2 miles alone to get smokes !! bahahaha

    cop shows used to rock.. Like Baretta, Police Story, the Mod Squad

    I miss the wonderful world of disney!
    Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom with Merlin Perkins....

    This is how I spent my Sunday nights with my Dad.

    This is how I spent my Sunday nights with my Dad.

    This was the special night we got frozen pizza and sat in the living room instead of at the table with a huge meal like a family.
    Oh ya how about eating at the table everynight at the sametime like a family.

    a quarter would buy you a bottle of pop, bag of chips, AND a chocolate bar!

    I remember holding the tape cassette player up to the TV so I could record the the latest song off of Solid Gold. It was the only way you could get the music for free.

    I loved Solid Gold.....that was the best!!!!!!1:noway: :laugh:

    or a toothpick when the volume knob was going, in order to prop it in the right spot so you still got the sound, LOL
