    A very intense week. My daughter and her family moved on Saturday … into my home. We are still getting her old apartment emptied and cleaned.

    This will be a bigger challenge for me once she is settled! However, my physical therapist cleared me today to try Zumba,or Les Mills Sha'bam or Body Pump. I still have to take it easy, but I can now participate! (These will be new for me, as I was injured right after we joined our club.)

    Week 2 July 9th didn't post a goal but did 451 minutes
    Week 3 July 16th, again no goal posted but did 397 minutes (out of town 3 days)
    Week 4 July 23rd, lets set a goal of 500 minutes just to be a little crazy!

    Monday- Zumba, zumba tone 90 minutes
    Tuesday- dog walking 30 minutes
    Wedmesday- Zumba 60, zumba tone 30 total 90 minutes
    Thursday geocaching 240 minutes
    Friday geocaching 390 minutes
    Saturday- spinning- 60 minutes Total- 900 minutes

    Had a great geocaching trip on Thursday and Friday. The time counted is the time actually spent out on the trails. Rest breaks and lunch time is not counted. Walked some great trails with a lot of changes in elevation. For awhile, I thought I was in the Adirondacks!
