A very intense week. My daughter and her family moved on Saturday … into my home. We are still getting her old apartment emptied and cleaned.
This will be a bigger challenge for me once she is settled! However, my physical therapist cleared me today to try Zumba,or Les Mills Sha'bam or Body Pump. I still have to take it easy, but I can now participate! (These will be new for me, as I was injured right after we joined our club.)0 -
