I wish some of you ladies went to my gym..I am the ONLY woman doing weights this heavy...women look at me funny..and so do the men...like I have some super freak human power or something! hahaha

Sometimes..I wish I could turn green..just to freak everyone out.:blushing:

the gym I go to - I am for sure not the strongest woman there - it's always nice to have someone that is throwing up numbers like you or better than you

I would venture to say I am the weakest girl who is brave enough to venture to the weights side of my gym, but I haven't been at it for very long. I will admit to feeling proud to see a guy squating the same weight as me yesterday, but my form was way better! And he was with a personal trainer, what a waste of money if the guy wasn't going to teach him right!

difference between men and women..we research our moves and form..to make SURE its right...guys..sorry..not so much...

    Deads 135 2x10
    Squats 185 4x8
Bench 75 1x9 got up to 95, but due to a shoulder injury I had to avoid chest and shoulders.

Suuure but they aren't very impressive! But I'm still happy they are going up.

    Squats: 95lb
    Bench Press: 55lb
    Overhead Press: 45lb
    Bent-over Row: 60lb
    Deadlift: 100lb

I am doing 3x5 on all of those except dead lift which I am only doing 1x5. And it's kinda funny that my deadlift and squats are almost the same lol. It's because I've been doing squats a lot longer than I've been doing deadlifts So I'm sure over time those numbers will... disperse more.

I'm pretty new at the Stronglifts 5x5 program, and I'm just now hitting 75lb squats, 60lb bench presses, 60lb rows, 45lb overhead presses and 80lbs on deadlifts.

Me too! I've been doing SL5x5 since mid April with some time off randomly due to vacations, etc (maybe about 6wks total). I love the challenge of adding weight!

    April 19:
    Squats 65lbs
    Bench 60lbs
    Bent over rows 95lbs
    Deadlift 95lbs

    June 20 (added OP):
    Overhead Press 35lbs

    July 26:
    Squats 105lbs
    Bench 75lbs
    Rows 115
    Overhead Press 55lbs
    Deadlift 110
