Hi, I've newly downloaded the app as I'm a type 1 and have been put on ozempic. On week 2 now. All the maths is doing my head in with the changes to my insulin doses relating to calories in being so reduced! Anyone else out there on this particular journey. I'd love to connect and see how we are all doing.
Hi 👋 I'm Brittany! And, I have PCOS and have tried basically everything to try and lose weight. I was prescribed Ozempic to see if I can get anywhere with it. First shot of 0.25 down today! What's been your experience with Ozempic and PCOS if you've tried it? Any suggestions for possible side effects or tips and tricks!?
what are everyones thoughts on using a weight loss shot if one is moderately overweight (30lb or less)? in my mind, the risks of the weight need to outweigh (pun intended) the risks and possible side effects of the shot. however, i know many people who are taking it even though they are not very overweight and i really do…
Hi everyone!! My name is Wanda and I've been on and off this app for a few years now. I've struggled with weight loss my entire life as well as PCOS and fertility issues. I am now a type 2 diabetic and currently on week 3 of ozempic. Anyone else here on these injections? I don't usually promote weightloss pills, injections…
I have started taking Ozempic. I also started going to the gym. In 25 days in, and already lost 10 lbs. I am lbs 297 and 5'10. My goal is to reach 185 in 16 months. I would love to hear your stories on ozempic. How much weight did you lose? What did you do (apps, gym, logging, fasting....etc .)? Any tips? Thanks
Happy New Year! I have been looking for a space to discuss the journey to health and wellness while using semaglutide but I am not really finding one that is active. So, with the new year dawning I am hoping to find some others on this journey to share experiences, successes and challenges. Deciding to start this…
Hi fitness pals, I've been hearing a bunch about membership exercise-focused companies (ex. Weight Watchers) introducing GLP1 Receptor Agonist drugs (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, etc) into their routines and pairing them with memberships and things like that. Has anyone heard of/seen/experienced this?
It looks like there are even more benefits to GLP1 drugs (ozempic, wegovy, etc)... I wonder if the shortages will get even worse than they are now. https://glp1.guide/content/news-fda-approves-wegovy-for-reducing-heart-risk/

Warning, this will be long. But I have so much to talk about. Today, 7weeks before I hit the 1 year mark of starting Oz, I finally hit the 50lbs down mark! I thought I would be more emotional about it. And, while I know others have lost at a much faster clip, I am very happy with this slow progress. It's been 45 weeks and…
