I am back to eating after 18 hours fasting and started today with a grilled chicken breast salad. I fell off of my keto life after moving! Does dark leafy greens really count on your carb intake even though it’s fibrous? Seems crazy to me. I usually like to eat 2-3 cups at a time with some protein and healthy fat. I really don’t like how you can’t just set your macros at a certain percentage and have it keep a consistent # of grams to aim for. The #s never used to change, now they vary with each food entry and I don’t like that. Does anyone know of a solution or a work around for that?

Last two days I been smelling a unpleasant smell, like (too me) cat urine and I am a bit paranoid as I do have a cat , my sister who lives with me doesn't smell anything.
