Short girl here! 5'2", currently weighing in at 141.2, hoping to get back down to 125 (The weight I am on my driver's license ) I may shoot for 120 once I hit 125, but we'll just see how 125 feels and looks. My highest weight was 153. I got a punch in the gut and a fire lit under my butt when I saw that my file at my…

This is what keeps me going.
I've always been considered thin. Got married 16 years ago and I see the photos and always say wow that is when I really was at the weight I want to be. Of course with kids, life etc... pounds added up here and there and although I was never "fat" I still felt fluffy. Well I look at that wedding photo and honestly it keeps…

App giving extra calories for exercise??
I've only used this app one other time- last night I noticed after going to the gym - it said you can eat 600 calories more!! I was shocked!! There is no way I would add 600 more calories?? Does anyone do this? If so do you still loose weight? The whole concept of weight lose is eat less - do more?!

Schedule trouble
So I recently started a second job and it's been extremely difficult to find the time to work out. I am in an office for one job and waitressing for the other, so at least I still get a little exercise. But if I do have a free moment, which is rare, I find myself running errands and doing housework. Any suggestions on how…

One beer
So yesterday I did everything right, ate 1100 cals, exercised for 40 minutes, and went to see my friends at night. I had ONE long neck beer and went home. This morning I weighted myself and was up 0,7 kg compared to yesterday, and that ALWAYS happens to me! One small slip off my diet and BAM, I gain. Anyone else like that?

Supplements for appetite suppression?
Hey there... do you all know of any supplements that work to kill hunger? There is so much garbage on the 'Net-- not interested in wasting my money on things that are useless (or worse-- dangerous!). I am aware there is no "magic pill" for weight loss. Just wondering if there is anything I can take to keep hunger at bay. I…

Body Fat...
I have a Tanita scale that uses the electric resistance method of calculating my body fat. Yes, I know it's not the best or only method. I do measure my various body parts to track my progress as well. Here are today's stats: Height: 5'10" Weight: 150# BF: 36% (?????) Pounds of BF...54? How is that even possible? That is a…

logging weight training
Can someone help me to properly log weight training so that I can subtract it from my food intake? I see it calculates calories for cardio but not weight training. I put my weight training in the main tab "EXERCISE" by what weight machines I use, how many reps/sets. Under it, it does not show calories burned in my…

4-7lbs by January 31st
Hi all, As a previous poster said: when you're losing that last bit of weight, even 3, 5 or 7pounds is a lot and really difficult to shed. Would anyone like to join me in trying to lose 5 pounds (or your own goal) by January 31st? January 31st is almost exactly 6 weeks from today - I am aiming high even though losing .6 to…
