I can't eat enough!
Now that I have joined this site, I have found that I am eating way too little. Now I am increasing my caloric intake but am going a bit over in proteins, fat, and fiber. Any suggestions on how to increase the calories without going over in the rest of the stuff? Thanks, Katie

So against my instincts I upped my calories by 100 per day last week. The result? Another 1 1/2 lbs lost!!!

Scared to eat more.
I am 5'8", 168, goal is 150 or maybe 140. 3 out of 6 days I work on my ass for 13 hrs so my TDEE is 2300 on those days. I havent calculated on my off work days but I am much more active then.
