  • I like to weigh myself personally, even if I go up I like being able to see which direction I'm moving in and then reevaluate the choices I've made that led me there. However, I'm usually able to see the scale fluctuate and not get too discouraged about it. Its important to remember that the scale goes up and down for many…
  • Butt and arms. Belly seems to be last.
  • Unlike the majority I have one and love it. Not only does it bring in my waist but it helps with my terrible posture and occasional back pain as well. I wouldn't read the comments on here about waist trainers because the MFP motto is anything fad is bad (which is true in most cases, not all). Also I find it hard to believe…
  • For me it was a matter of how far along I could have been had I stuck with it instead of stopping and starting. I don't think there is any advice anyone is going to give you that is going to work better than the realization that you just have to do it or you will regret it. Maybe thinking of it as you'll never regret…
  • I am 19, 5'2 and 133 lbs. Usually wear sizes 1-3.
  • I have a cheat meal 3 or 4 times a month but I try to stay mindful of the calories so its a small indulgence but its satisfying and I think it works fine for me. I never have a problem getting back on track, its one meal and then back to the regular which I don't mind.
  • I was only on the pill for two months and gained about 5-10 pounds which made me stop taking it, I was 15 so my only use for it was to reduce cramping and I didn't feel it was worth the gain. Now I'm using the nexplanon/implanon and its great. I've had it for a year and started really focusing on weight loss in December…
  • If I'm craving while I'm hungry I usually tell myself to eat a healthier option before hand and if I still want what I was craving I can have it, usually by the time I'm done eating the healthy option I've completely forgotten about the cravings or I am too full to feel like indulging. I also try to drink water or eat a…

  • Spending over 5 minutes trying to figure out how to get in the hip abductor seat without pulling a muscle, ended up almost doing a full split mid air while getting situated.
  • The build a better booty program really helped with my cellulite more than anything else. I still have problem areas but it's a huge improvement from when I started. If you're willing to pay for an at home workout it's great, but it requires a physio ball, a resistance band and weights for squats. If you research the…
  • The above answer is great! Under armour offers tons of support but their sizing is off to me, bought one in my bra size and it works fine for support but if I wear longer than 2 or 3 hours it starts digging in so definitely try on before buying. Victoria's Secret is another great option, pricey but stylish, supportive,…
  • The only difference I feel are the cramps, not so easy to work through them either. If you really don't feel well do some yoga or take a day off completely. The advice to just get over it or "never let your cycle control you" is both offensive and laughable, you know your body better than anyone else so if you feel bad…
  • If you're willing to pay for a workout check out Build A Better Booty by Zoe Rodriguez. Its about $30 (on sale for $20 right now) for a three month program and the results are amazing. I'm on month two right now and love it. If not there are still some great free videos all over YT like the one posted earlier along with…
  • Sun: Full body Monday: Glutes, bikini body workout Tuesday: Core, Cardio Wednesday: Glutes, bikini body Thursday: Core, cardio, back Friday: Glutes, bikini body Saturday: Cardio
  • I love mine! Helps with my posture and back pain a lot while shaping my body. No matter how much you work out your body won't be molded into the shape you want without one. There are a lot of misconceptions about the "dangers" of waist training, its not corset training and its not hurting your organs. If you want to do it…
  • You should check out the build a better booty program, I'm about a month into and definitely seeing the results. Best thing you can do are obviously squats but also don't forget to focus on glute bridges as well they have just as many benefits as squatting.
  • Seem like jerks to me. A lot of factors go into widening hips, its hard to say why they are growing without having more information. In your situation its obviously from the baby. Congratulations by the way.
  • I just bought Jen's program and I was a little underwhelmed with the daily programs. Each day has 4 different exercises with 3-4 sets of varying reps. The set up was a little confusing for me at first, every lower body exercise is a superset with an upper body exercise so the days look like this Day 1 1a) Lower 1b) Upper…
  • Wireless beats. Pricey but definitely quality and long lasting.
  • If you're looking to quit completely start slowly lowering your soda intake, if you drink soda three times a day go down to twice a day for a couple weeks then lower to once a day then maybe once a week, once a month, so on. Same with your water start upping your intake slowly and you will adjust to the taste.
  • What everyone else said about snacking healthy and packing a lunch plus drinking water. I know it seems like you'll never be able to live without the junk food and soda but in about a month if you follow a good diet all of that stuff will taste terrible to you.
  • I have both, definitely use my treadmill a lot more than my wii.
  • I recently bought the Build A Better Booty e-book, it has 3 workouts set for 3 months and I've been doing it for about 2 weeks and am I already seeing results. Its about $30 but completely worth it. https://www.instagram.com/zbodyfitnessinc/ this shows a lot of results from the workout.
  • Funny. Nutritionists.
  • I've gotten this once or twice in the past, I just ignore and move on.
  • By safe I mean a 1-2 hour a day wear which is what is recommended by experts rather than an 8-9 hour a day wear which is what many users do.
  • I made a topic about this a few months ago and people's responses scared me away from trying it. After looking in to it more there isn't any evidence on whether it is harmful or not, just a lot of debate. If you want a smaller waist exercise and healthy eating can only do so much and adding in a safe waist training routine…
