Sure, but pounds are more inspiring. It's far easier to lose a whole pound, than it is losing a kilo. losing 1 pound before you weigh in requires: walking up a hill on a warm day losing 1 kilo before you weigh in requires: walking up a hill on a warm day 2.2 times
