Hi, I'm Katheryne. I haven't done one of these since March. I have lost 45 lbs since February and am at a standstill and slowly sliding back up ounce by ounce and before that becomes pounds added back on I decided to hop back on here and hold myself accountable again!

3.4.20 I have a flu and am struggling to breathe so no exercise for me today. Taking a pass 1/3. I'll be back at it tomorrow.

3.3.20 Yes to all three! It's only my second challenge but I don't eat back my workout calories. My goal is to lose weight but when I meet my goal and need to maintain this may change. Some days I may end up eating back like 20 or 30 calories but out of 250+ workout calories I consider that a gray area.

3.1.20 Yes to all 3! I walked for a few hours. Had a great day at the festival and enjoyed some vegan cuisine with some yummy peanutbutter cookies! Rare treat for the cookies lol.

Happy leap year! 2.29.20 Completed my first challenge today with passes to spare! Yes to all 3! Thank you for these challenges! I lost 14 pounds since I joined at the end of January and a really big thanks to this group for keeping me focused! Let's do this March challenge!

Hey, this is month number 2 for me joining the UAC challenge. I appreciate this group for being that little push I need at the end of my long days to put in my 20 minutes of exercise. 10 pounds down in the last 40 ish days. Looking forward to more!

I saw the scale creep up yesterday and today despite being within calories and not eating workout calories. Plus doing my 25 minutes of cardio. I still don't understand why but normally I'd throw my hands up and just give up…
