I really like the salads at Trader Joe's & they have a huge variety of them!

I would never ever ever give up cheese, I love it too much. I use Sargento Ultra Thin sliced cheese, 40-45 calories per slice and they have a nice variety.

Arctic Zero Ice cream. Sounds REALLY good, 150 calories for a whole pint of ice cream, but it taste absolutely disgusting. I might as well eat a piece of cardboard.

I'm 5'11 and my husband is 6'1 and I make a lot of recipes off of skinnytaste.com & Pinterest. Definitely check both of those out!

I'd either work out for about 30 minutes for some extra calories or make a turkey sandwich & some fruit and be a little over for the day.

Frozen chicken breast, potatoes, bags of frozen veggies, eggs, oatmeal and some fruit should do the trick.

I like to have a nice hot glass of peppermint tea before bed or an apple and that usually does the trick.

I agree log it and eat it. I had 2 chocolate chip cookies (160 calories) & 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream tonight (140 calories) and it was worth every bite! :)

Mine has actually been pretty damn accurate in accordance with my weekly weight loss. No one said its the end all be all. I use mine to get a better estimate of calories burned vs using MFP.

Getting a HRM is the best way to go. MFP's calorie burn is always 200-250 more then I actually burn. I don't work out without my HRM, best thing ever.

I have treats every single night as long as I can fit it in my calories it's usually between 100-150 calories (so like wine, popcorn, ice cream).

2 whole wheat waffles with 2 tbsp of sugar free syrup, 1cup of grapes & coffee.

I'm at the gym 6 days per week and I pay attention to no one. I could not care less what people look like or what they are doing. I am focused on getting my work out done & getting the hell outta there. Go to the gym girl! :smile:

My husband and I just moved from Seattle to Portland and we recently tried Voodoo Donuts & they are pretty overrated. So much sugar I could only eat half of one.

I use it to cook, I use it on my skin after the shower, I put it on my lips as a moisturizer, I use it as a make up remover and I put it in my hair. I'm coconut oil obsessed! Love it!
