  • I used to get mine every two months and now that I have been losing weight and exercising I get it every month :sad: I am done having kids so I would like it to just disappear. Oh and moodiness is WAY worse than it ever was but cramping is less. I think I would get it checked if I were you. Better to be safe than sorry

  • We sleep with a fan on in our bedroom. It started when our dog would wake us walking on our hard wood floors at night. "click, click, click" of his nails. So we were told to turn a fan on. Now I cannot sleep without that noise

  • I finally made it over that HUGE hump! I joined EM2WL a few weeks ago because I was gaining/losing the same weight. I upped my calories and dropped to 200.4. Then the next week it was 200.2 and I thought "are you kidding me?!" I'm so close. Today I weighed and I am at 199.8lbs. I am so excited. Thank you for helping me

  • I love P90X and would recommend anyone to try it. You have to give it a couple of weeks before you decide to quit though. The first week is the hardest. I love the muscle definition peaking though my fat :happy:
  • I measure/weigh/count when it is possible. I'm so neurotic about this that my kids sometimes do it :ohwell:

  • I am almost done P90x. I have 3 weeks left. I haven't followed the plan but I have changed my settings to 40/40/20. I'm doing well on it. Next set I do I am focusing on nutirtion. You need to eat more though. Up your calories slowly if a jump scares you. You can add me if you like. I am always looking for new P90x friends
  • I work out because it makes me happy (literally). I am a much happier person after I exercise. If my husband (or kids or anyone) and I argue I go and exercise. It makes me feel better.   • I was at West Edmonton Mall and I walked that sucker for 4 hours one night and 5 the next night. That was exercise for me. I was exhausted when I got back to my hotel and yes I think I was sweating :smile: On a side note: I don't log general shopping, cleaning etc. I log when I exercise

  • I'm up at 5:30 to exercise. This way I am finished when my kids get up for school. I find if I wait to do it later in the day I make excuses and I tend to not do it or I'm cranky because I have to do it and the kids won't leave me alone.

  • I have a bad knee and I work through it. I just finished 60 days of P90x and some days are harder than others on my knee. I take advil and use Icy Hot on it when it acts up. I use good form and when my knee starts feeling like its had enough I stop and rest. If you are concerned you can go to your dr to check to make sure…
  • My favorie is turkey pepperoni and a cheese string. I also have several small snacks that are very low calorie throughout the day between my meals. I eat 1900+ calories a day because I am doing P90x 6 days a week.
