thanks guys. i don't like microwaved popcorn (pop secret, and the like) every since i was preggo with my youngest son. I will get an air popper soon. in the mean time i will continue to use my stainless steel pot or my popcorn cooker that i bought about a year ago.

I'm doing Turbo Fire, and I LOVE IT!!!! Its the only workout I look forward to doing and keep me motivated. I'm only on week to but I will continue on until I reach my goal. Do any one do any type of strength training along with this? I need to get cardio in without having to stop before I start?

Hey guys, I'm on day 2. I did JM-BFBM for 40 minutes today and my HRM recorded 500 cals burned. Yay Me. I have got to keep this up. Good luck to everyone.

my workout was for 40 minutes and yes i have the one where you touch the sensor to track heart rate. thanks

i toss them with a little evoo, garlic, cracked black pepper and kosher salt. roast in the over for a couple of minutes and the drizzle with some balsamic vinegar. My son loves them too.

thanks for the ideas, i usually marinate mine for 15mins with evoo, garlic, seafood seasoning, lemon juice and dijon mustard and roast in the oven. It's really good, just thought i would try something new.
