  • Yep--- I get almost instant headaches from artificially sweetened drinks. I've also broken out in hives from artificial sweeteners as well. I steer clear of them now.
  • NOTHING tastes as good as fit, thin and healthy feels.... You just have to ask yourself what you want more: short term enjoyment from junk food or long term satisfaction and the results from sticking to your goals.
