Another option besides waking up early or staying up a little later is, maybe 3 times a week, get in a workout instead of doing housework. It stinks, but sometimes those dishes just need to sit in the sink for a day. :-) Another option would be to get in longer workouts on the weekends when you have a little more time.…

Another idea would be to change your calories to "maintenance" for that day, exercise, eat your exercise calories, and log everything. That way, you can eat more without gaining.

I started having panic attacks in March of 2006. I've taken lexapro ever since. Breathing exercises and relaxation tapes are also very good. I have a couple on my ipod that I listen to when I go to bed sometimes.

I make turkey joes. It's so easy. You just brown the ground turkey, drain it, mix in 1 cup bbq sauce for each pound of turkey, and heat till warm. Serve on whatever roll you like. My 6 year old loves these. They're quick, cheap, healthy, and easy. :)

Some people are so rude. I wouldn't worry about trying to eat all of your calories. I would eat till you're satisfied and chalk the excess up to speeding up your weight loss. Good luck! :-)
